Rates & Terms

• Rates are quoted per person per night in South African Rand, include all levies and VAT; and are inclusive of a 3-course Breakfast.

• The owners and management of @TheBay Guest Villa cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the apartment.

• Full pre-payment, 30 days prior to arrival, is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Confirm your reservation by completing the Reservation Confirmation Form;    Bookings considered confirmed on receipt of 50 % deposit. A R500,00 refundable breakage deposit (per room) must be paid.

• Reservations only considered as cancelled if received in writing and confirmed by @TheBay Guest Villa in writing.

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival date:    no charge.

• In the event of a "no show" or cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the full cancellation fee will be charged.

• No dispute will be accepted on above rates quoted.

• In event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

• No children under 8.

• No pets.

• @TheBay Guest Villa is a non-smoking establishment;    smoking allowed within designated areas.

• Check in from 14:00;    Check out by 10:00.

The Honeymoon Package is … per night for 2 in the Honeymoon Suite.    This includes: Luxury Accommodation & Breakfast;    and, a Honeymoon Bath with a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine and candle lit bubble bath with (rose) petals.

The Full House Package is …… per night for the entire Guest Villa;    with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests - perfect for wedding parties, corporate functions or a family get-together.

@TheBay offers top quality Bed & Breakfast Accommodation with thoughtful touches and attention to detail, to make our rooms and your stay, truly romantic and memorable. Accommodation includes a complimentary drink on arrival, a complimentary bottle of wine (every 2nd day), personalised chocolates on your pillow, complimentary sherry trays, tea & coffee facilities all day long, and a 3-course breakfast!

Fresh flowers, white and crisp Percale linen, Rooibos soaps & lotions, towels, bathroom heaters, wall-mounted fans, hair-dryers, communal satellite-TV, a mini-bar just outside the rooms, (for special occasions) candle lit baths & champagne breakfasts on your patio, with the ocean, the bird island and the bay as your backdrop; are all features of our understated luxury and elegance.

The sound of falling water will compete with the ocean in a splash pool/water feature close by.
